Plane & Pilot Info and Registration

Fly 50 with Levi

What- Levi’s Birthday Party! Fly or Drive in Friday evening or Saturday morning to participate in Levi’s attempt to fly 50 airplanes in one day.

Celebration- Saturday evening 6-11pm

Dance- to the music of Bill Smallwood and his multi-faceted band. They will play Western Swing, Cowboy Music, Oldies and Country Western dance music. Bar B Que will be catered.

Dress- Cowboy, Aviation, and Casual or feel free to dress in 40’s 50’s 60’s attire.
Come to have fun!

Rooms- will be available at the Hanger Hotel for a reduced rate if you mention Fly 50. www.hangarhotel.com

Suggested donations- of $50.50 per plate will help to cover the cost of food, facility and band. Any excess funds will go to charity. (NOTE: Donations are NOT
required)

Alcohol Drinks- Will be available for purchase at the Bar in the Pacific
Room.

Auction-There may be some items up for bid to raise money as well.

Please RSVP- as soon as possible so we can get an accurate count to the caterer and hotel staff.
